Basket4Picnic.com is so confident in the integrity of the products we represent that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product.  Everyone at Basket4Picnic.com understands that we must earn the right to your business on a daily basis.  Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.  Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.  If you feel that your product has not preformed per the aforementioned warranty guidelines stated above, simply return it for a full refund, freight pre-paid.  Please call us for the applicable return address, 

Please be sure to enclose the shipping receipt with your return so that the manufacturer can tell that you purchased it from Basket4picnic.com.

We will also be more than happy to reimburse you for the shipping cost incurred when returning an item if the reason is due to a mistake on our part. Simply scan the receipt and email it to returns@basket4picnic.com.

Once confirmation is received from the manufacturer that the item has been returned, and we have received a copy of your shipping receipt, we will credit the cost back to the credit card that you used for making the original purchase.
