How can I order spare / replacement parts?
Please contact us if you should need any replacement or spare parts. Although the Manufacturer has restrictions on the types of parts they will replace, we’ll be more than happy to see what we can get for you.

Where do you keep the food?
Almost all Picnic products have ample storage space for all of the items that make a picnic complete. Many products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels, and food storage containers.

Do you accept custom orders?
Our manufacturers have been designing and manufacturing all of their original products for many years. With more experience than anyone else in the industry, Basket4Picnic.com is the only one to trust with your special product. Contact us with your special requests.

Can I buy just the empty baskets?
Yes. Sutherland Baskets offers a very nice empty picnic basket.

Are the wine glasses made of real glass?
Although some of the baskets come with glasses made with real glass, the majority of the beautiful and stylish glasses are made of acrylic so that you never have to worry about breakage while in use.

What is your return policy?
Basket4 Picnic.com is so confident in the integrity of the products we represent that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product. Everyone at Basket4Picnic.com understands that we must earn the right to your business on a daily basis. The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. If you feel that your product has not preformed per the aforementioned warranty guidelines stated above, simply return it for a full refund, freight pre-paid. Be sure to include your shipping invoice or at least reference the Order number with your return so you will be sure to get your refund:

We do offer a gift wrapping service for $7.50 per gift.

What type of shipping do you offer?
We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS Ground on all picnic baskets and other outdoor products. Expedited shipping options are available. Please call 877-890-5187, or email us at info@basket4picnic.com for a current quotation. A manufacturer's drop-ship handling fee per delivery location of $4.50 or $5.00 is added to each order if puchasing a Picnic Time or Sutherland Basket product. Sales and Use Tax is added to all orders with a destination to California or Tennessee. Please anticipate 2 business days for all orders to be processed and assembled before shipping. 7% Sales Tax will be added to all Essential Pet Products with a destination to the State of Florida.

Can I track my shipment?
To track your shipment via the internet, please note the following:
- Log onto the Fedex or UPS website at http://www.fedex.com/
- Select “United States” from the pull-down menu.
- Select “tracking” from the top menu bar.
- Select “track by reference number”
- Enter your reference number and follow the remaining instructions. Reference number will be emailed to you once order is entered into shipping company delivery system.

Why is my email required?
Sometimes a problem is encoutered while trying to fill an order. There may be an unexpected back log on an item or perhaps a shipping problem. We require your email address so that we may contact you if a problem does arise. We also like emailing a tracking reference number to our customers so that they may track their orders via the UPS, FedEx, or the USPS website. Does "Free Shipping" apply to all orders?
We offer free shipping on all single-item ground shipments for all orders that total $100 or more. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for multiple-item orders over $100 due to additional packages being shipped.
